All booking, whether online booking or by phone, require a Credit card to secure an appointment.

Direct Billing allows your healthcare provider to bill your insurance company directly. We provide direct billing to most providers and major insurers like Canada Life, Manulife, Blue Cross, Sunlife.

Insurance receipts with RMT number are also provided if you wish to submit your own insurance claims for reimbursement.

  • Provide info: Give the RMT your insurance card and policy details.
  • Verification: The provider checks your coverage, limits, and co-pays.
  • Service: You receive the payment.
  • Claim submission: We electronically send the claim to your insurer
  • Payment: The insurer pays the covered amount directly to the clinic.Your payment: You pay only the remaining deductible or co-pay at checkout.

You may cancel your appointment 48 hours prior to your session start time without any fees. Cancellation within 48 hours of your appointment time will result in a 70% cancellation fee.

Since we only qualify as a “small supplier,” we do not charge HST.

  • Parking: If the RMT arrives and there is no parking, you will be charged 100% of your service fee, and your treatment will be cancelled.
  • 2 sheets, 1 pillowcase, and 1 pillow
  • Towels: For Massage and Body Scrub treatments only.
  • Massage Table & Stool
  • Oils, Aromatherapy oils, etc.
  • Hot stone, cupping therapy supplies, body scrub, body polish, etc.

Your RMT will arrive at least 5-15 minutes prior to your appointment time in order to set up equipment for your appointment to start on time. Please fill out your intake form ahead of time.
